Très bien situé à un jet de pierre de deux gares, le personnel y est poli et serviable. L’accueil chaleureux y est exceptionnel. Seul problème rencontré, le réseau wifi est nettement insuffisant. Nous avons vraiment adoré y séjourner.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Perfekt um über den Ostbahnhof an- und abzureisen. Koffer konnten wir am Beginn und Ende unseres Urlaubs idealerweise im Hotel lassen. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Alternativen.

The room was clean, though extremely cramped for the price. The biggest issue was a foul odor coming from the bathroom drain — at times nearly unbearable and something that shouldn't be acceptable in any hotel. The A/C was also a major disappointment; despite the heat wave hitting Paris, it simply wasn't functional enough to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin — street noise and sounds from neighboring rooms came through constantly, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. That said, the staff were friendly and clearly tried their best to make our stay comfortable, which was appreciated. The location is also a highlight — convenient and within easy reach of public transit. Overall, with a few improvements to maintenance and room insulation, this could be a solid option. I would personally avoid this hotel for now and look for another option.

Overall, the hotel was ok as my friend and I were out most of the day and got back at 9pm. The smell of drains was something we didn't like. We had to advise reception to replenish the toilet paper and hand soap. It's quite a small room. Overall, the hotel is very central to the metro, bus station and the international Gare De Nord station it has quite a few supermarkets, restaurants, patisserie etc. :)

I stayed for one night. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Paris has been extremely hot over the past week, with temperatures reaching 33°C, but the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. In addition, the shower body wash and shampoo containers were empty, and there were no napkins provided in the room. I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Great property, for a a price contious traveller like myself.. Staff were always welcoming and informative. Walked to every favorite tourist spot from the hotel easily, including a beautiful evening walk back from the eiffel tower which took us an hour and a half. The 2 top floor rooms provide for more then enough room for 2, and have everything you need.

I stayed at Hotel Alane for 4 nights. It is a great location if you are arriving by train at Gare du Nord (10 minute walk), and is 3 minutes walk to metro station Gare de L'est, making it convenient to access public transportation. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. I would skip the breakfast.

Très bon accueil, personnel très gentil. Les femmes de ménage ont fait un super travail, la chambre était très propre. L'hôtel est bien situé, le quartier ne m'a pas fait peur, surtout étant une femme qui voyage seule. J'ai trouvé l'endroit super, bouches de métro partout. Et même à pied, c'est agréable de marcher.
