1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease's effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, an internship, voluntary service as part of a civic service program, a job transfer, or a temporary assignment as part of their professional activities.
Key features:
Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding 10 months in total).
Proof of your circumstances will be required before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.

2. The Common Law Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is conducted under a common law lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited for stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.

Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will
