"AC non functional, internet malfunctional, room not clean and not serviced well, bathroom lacks cleanliness, no water provided, tv malfunctional. I am appalled by my own mistake of booking this hotel. I have never been duped based on the charge (extremely high) i expected basics to be taken care of. I blame Orbitz for this lack of supervision. "Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow.
However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom.
I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality. "
