"Wonderful wonderful hosts. Yelena, the lodge owner gave me her personal cell number in case I have any problems with my stay. She made me and my daughter so comfortable. Highly highly recommend this place. True example of excellent customer service. Best place that I have stayed in my entire trip while driving to Alaska. "

"This was an awesome place to stay in Smithers. The owners were very nice with great suggestions of things to do on the way to Prince Rupert. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and made for a nice place to cook and have coffee. Of course the hot tub was amazing to have and we used it lots. The location is about 15 minutes from the breweries and restaurants and we enjoyed walking to everything when the weather was nice. Overall, it really made our time in Smithers fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again. "
"We love the staff! Everyone was super friendly! The location was great, with a short walk to the downtown area, where shops and restaurants abound. The room was clean and comfortable, but very plain and small. With a bed and two small night stands, a small table, nice refrigerator, and one chair in front of the door (getting luggage into the room was difficult)."
