Parc Ōdōri

the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice.

As others said, it's not a hotel, it's a regular apartment and better than a hostel. I would have appreciated if the host had provided salt, pepper, coffee, and tea. This place had nothing. A nice alternative would have been to provide information about neighborhood restaurants and cafes. The cleanliness was only OK. There was too much hair in the shower room from previous guests and the vent by the air conditioner needs a deep cleaning. I also asked the hosts two questions and only received an answer to one. Overall, I liked not being in a cramped hotel room. But I didn't think the condition or service was worth the cost. I even left for one night to stay in a ryokan. The apartment could be better if they thought about the guest experience and made it more comfortable. For now, it shouldn't be called a hotel. It's false advertising.
