The hotel and location are great . The breakfast buffet is good and fresh. the pool is also nice and if you have kids is perfect to go swim after doing all outdoor activities.
The only thing I did not like is that you can hear people in the bar late at night, a lot of noise because the bar is in the middle of the hotel and all rooms are around .

This is a beautiful property and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A couple of issues:
1. Check-in was guaranteed at 4:00 p.m. local time, but our room wasn’t ready until 6:00 p.m. we were told we would get an email or text when it was ready, but got nothing and had to keep checking in.
2. We were there for a whole week and the room wasn’t cleaned once! They came in and made the bed, but didn’t even bother changing the sheets or the towels.
3. We were completely shocked at checkout that we were charged nearly $300 in resort fees that we weren’t told about.
