Everything was good! Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, pool was nice, breakfast was nice to have, nice water pressure, parking was easy and simple, nice little gym and nice view from the room! Staff was very upfront about any expenses which only was the 250 deposit for incidental which came right back on my card when checking out! Would pick this hotel over many in the area of Reno and fernley I really recommend!

The location was good. The property was well maintained. The bed was comfortable. I stayed here when the hotel was new. The property is starting to look a little less for the wear. Still nicer than the other hotels in the area. I enjoyed the trains rolling by. Love the sound of trains.

The room itself wasn’t bad. It was cleaned while the furniture was a little older. The tub had some kind of a weird stain in it and it was a nice large tub and I would love to soak in the bath, but this really weird pink stain in the bottom of the tub. There was no maintenance to deal with it on weekends. No other room same as I ordered available. I was located in room right near the stairwell and the elevators. The last night that I slept there on Saturday and needed to get up and fly on Sunday, I was being awoken just about every half hour from 4 am on because people were leaving. All I could hear was the doors in the hallway slamming and the exit door next to my bedroom slamming as people were leaving and exiting the building. So I did not get very good rest. Had I been located more centrally it probably been a pretty decent place to stay, but they do need to make sure that everything is completely clean and scrubbed out or fixed before renting. Overall, the breakfast was pretty good and the rest of the hotel was nice. I did utilize the fitness center one day and it’s older equipment but it’s adequate if you just want to do a little something.
