(37 reviews) We were advised of the need to go elsewhere to get a key at the last minute. If this were known when the booking was made, I would have chosen another place. The walls had marks on them, there was no stopper/plug for the bathroom sink or tub. Coffee cups had rings of old coffee and had to be washed by hand. The table top in the kitchen had seen better days. There was no rubber mat for the bathroom. The soap and hair products were hard to get out of their containers. The bed was quite small. There were only two towels on the bed, but we found another. The communication from the virtual management was direct but the tone was not very customer friendly. When I asked if there was a rubber mat, the answer was “no”, rather than an offer to remedy the situation.
