"Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed."

"We secured hotel accommodations via Expedia for a concert. The selected hotel, however, did not meet expectations. The property currently resembles a construction site, and the premises are permeated by the odor of cannabis. Contacting the owner for check-in proved difficult. Furthermore, the Inn lacks amenities, including parking and toiletries. The communal washroom facilities are poorly maintained. It is concerning that companies continues to list this establishment."
"The hotel is spacious and well-maintained. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The hotel is centrally located, in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and museums in the city centre. I would stay here again!"

Host was tremendously helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided are not inferior to facilitating a more prolonged stay. "I’ve stayed here many times now the grounds are lovely fantastic if your having a wedding for photos the staff are always friendly polite nice people room always clean and if you give them notice they endeavour to put you in the quieter part of the hotel if there’s a function on parking is free and plenty of space I’ll always stay here when in Manchester
