"Great Communication - would stay again"

"Had an excellent stay! Communication with host even before reserving the house was easy and super timely. The house is warm and inviting, has everything you could ask for and then some. The neighborhood is super nice and close to everything you could need. Our dogs had the greatest time in the fenced in yard (we don’t have one at home) and just a great trip for sure. The absolute only complaint that I have is that the trip was over and we’re headed from 80 degrees and sun to 30 degrees and potential snow when we get back. "

"Plenty of neighborhood shopping. Very quiet street during day and night. Host should consider placing a few amenities such as toiletries in 1-3 oz bath items, small/large trash can liners, coffee and a few creamers/ sweeteners. Although we travel with our own, the convinces are really appreciated until guest are settled in. Host can add to cost of stay. The home was nice, Great TV's in several rooms. I would choose this property again, just have to be prepared to Host myself. Comfortable beds, very spacious although we used only 1 bedroom. Nice outdoor patio. Nice washer, dryer and fridge. We travel a lot and Host are always considering how to please customer. Thanks Cedric. Hope to stay again! I'll be prepared"

"This house is very comfortable and inviting. It met all of my family needs. There was plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was very clean, quiet and well kept. The location was a plus, close to all our events, activities, shopping and restaurants we had on our itinerary. Will recommend to friends and family visiting the Jacksonville area. Communication with Oliver was very easy, he responded to me within a timely manner to address any concerns."

"Stayed in this home for two nights with a family of 6 to watch my son in a game at Jacksonville Univ. Had a great time, the home is lovely! Some pros / cons to help anyone making a decision:PROs:- House is GORGEOUS - inside is just like pictures- Dock is nice to walk out on, river is beautiful - very peaceful, we sat there on a pretty morning for over an hour just chatting- Back sunroom was our favorite "gathering" spot. Tons of time spent out there! - Upscale items - Ninja appliances, BOSE speaker, etc- King Mattress is very comfortable - Plenty of space for 6 adults- We grilled out our first night. The grill is a REALLY nice Rec Tec pellet grill. We have same brand at home so my husband was thrilled to have a nice system to work his magic with. - It was an easy drive to Jacksonville University, less than 20 minutesCONS:- Not in the best area of town, it is a bit of a drive to get to most places we wanted to be eating at, etc (20 - 25 minutes or so)- Lawn was overgrown. Once we got inside the house, it didn't matter, but as a first impression, it caused some worry, especially since the area heading to the house was less than desirable. - Check in email - a door code was provided. We got to the house early and the door code didn't work (before check in time, so no worries). When time to check in, we received a different code that worked, but getting wrong code first was confusing.Overall, I would DEFINITELY stay here again. It felt like home right away! "

"The location was excellent for our sea kayaking adventures in the Jacksonville/St. Mary's GA area. The house was clean and spacious and everything worked well. Communication with the host was quite good. Minor complaints are that we were not given the access code until a few hours before arrival (even though VRBO said we'd get it three days prior) and a shortage of cooking equiment and utensils.I'd rent again."
