« Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance »

« The staff were very nice. The room was ok. The sofa bed mattress was worn out and the cushion was coming apart at the seams. The room was clean. The eating area for breakfast needed more tables and chairs. We had stayed at the Staybridge in Mt Juliette and experienced a very nice time. Much better. »

The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance »
