"Constant construction starting at 8 am every day. Other guests told us that their credit cards had been stolen out of their room. Upon inspection, our safe that we brought from home was tampered with and attempted to be opened. "

"Great stay here apart from two areas. Still recommend staying here, but be aware the beds aren’t in great shape (clean, but quite old and uncomfortable) and the food in the buffet is not fantastic. For backup/snacking it’s fine, but if that’s your main plan for dinner, it’s going to be disappointing. The bars were well attended and the staff was fantastic. Very affordable as well. Good central access to roads and the beach. "

"Ocean was visible from room overlooking pool downside the beds creaked every time you moved constant smell of cigarette smoke from other balconies and weed so had to keep patio doors closed"

"Our room was junior suite frontal sea view, was so perfect except we didn’t had a bath towel when we get in the room but we asked and given..and dirty bedsheets from previous occupants as left in our wardrobe and not taken away until we checked out at our last day,staff was so polite and kind..pool didn’t manage to swim as weather on and off.. "The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was also reasonable for the price – clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the biggest issue is the location. The hotel is extremely far from the airport, so it really shouldn’t be described as an “airport hotel.” Even if you take the bus at night, you still have to walk quite a long distance before reaching the hotel, and the route can feel quite isolated and uncomfortable late at night. One thing that does deserve praise is that if you take the bus, the hotel can reimburse the bus fare if you ask at the front desk, which is a thoughtful and helpful gesture."
