"The staff was great; they were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was really large and comfortable; breakfast was also really fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next time we stay at the Mercure Sofia! "

"They didn't warn people that the air conditioners weren't working in the hotel and it was terribly stuffy,the bathroom was terrible dirty it wasn't cleaned well around the corners the joints in the bathtub. The reception staff were great."
