Ocean Reef 1402 is located on the 14th floor at Ocean Reef Condominium in Panama City Beach, FL. and there is a reserved parking space under the building and close to the elevators (no having to walk back and forth across the street)! This beautiful condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation! Upgrades include wood tile flooring in the bedrooms (no carpet), stainless appliances, kitchen and bar tile backsplash, comfortable furnishings, and a perfectly equipped, extra-large, balcony with room for everyone. Balcony chaise loungers and balcony table for those sunset dinners also included. From the moment you walk-in, you'll feel like you're at the beach! The colorful accent painted walls and beach decor bring the outside in. You'll have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation including equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar with 4 barstools, and plush living room with gulf views and access to the outdoor balcony. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom includes king bed and private bath with double vanity as well as a private access door to the balcony. Soak in the views, listen to the waves, or relax and enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed. The large guest bedroom includes 2 comfortable full beds and private access to the second bathroom. Come and enjoy this fabulous beach condo. It is perfectly located next to the beach-front Runaway Island Restaurant, new Alvin's Island gift shop, and offers a coffee/donut shop, putt-putt golf, and go-cart track just across the street. Ocean Reef includes a gulf-front swimming pool, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and grilling area. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion would be to check out the tub in the bathroom closest to the balcony, it seemed to have some give while standing near the drain. I loved that they had a dinning table in the balcony so we ejoyed breakfast there every day. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable. They also had beach chairs, a wagon and other beach toys. The beach was beautiful. The pool was clean. The condo in general was in good condition. Even the parking spot had an amazing view. We didn't have issues with elevatores, reasonable wait times. The location is great, many things at a walking distance. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The cleanliness was ridiculous, extremely poor, to the point of being disgusting. The maintenance is also lacking for a beachfront property — they could definitely invest more to make the place feel cozier and better maintained. Another huge downside was the elevator situation: only one was working during a holiday weekend, and we had to wait over 45 minutes just to go down. Completely unacceptable for a building with three elevators, especially considering the high price we paid. I love the king size beds in both bedrooms. Many rentals will have one king and one queen which doesn't make a unit as appealing as this one. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Panama multiple times and this by far has been our best stay, The rental is clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony is to die for! We spent the majority of our stay out on it in the VERY comfortable furniture. Make sure and walk down to Runaway Island via the beach and ask to sit on the lower deck during a sun set. OMG the sunsets from the balcony were some of the most beautiful we have experienced. Staff was helpful when we had difficulty opening one of the balcony doors and were quick to repair. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the location, Awesome beach chairs and umbrella were provided as well as a wagon to hall it all in. Don’t forget to take the wagon when you go grocery shopping . That way you will have it to bring all of your bags back up. Walmart is close and Pier park is only a few minutes away.
