The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Located in the picturesque community of Inlet Beach, Seaside Retreat offers easy access to a variety of attractions. Enjoy the nearby pristine beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. Explore the scenic parks and nature trails, such as Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell, ideal for hiking and picnicking. The property is also conveniently close to popular shopping and dining destinations at 30Avenue and Pier Park, offering a mix of boutique shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. This vacation rental features: 3 Bedroom, 2½ bathroom Master Bedroom (sleeps 2)- King bed with ensuite bathroom 2nd Bedroom (sleeps 2)- Queen bed 3rd Bedroom (sleeps 4)- Queen bed and loft for 2 A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away. Welcome to Seaside Retreat in Inlet Beach, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat offering coastal luxury and comfort. This home boasts a spacious open concept living area with high ceilings and abundant natural light. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large island perfect for entertaining. The master suite offers a private oasis with a luxurious ensuite bath. Outside, enjoy a private backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. This two-story home includes an outdoor balcony on the second story, a huge TV in the living room, a dining area with all essentials, and an outdoor grill with patio seating. This home combines modern amenities with coastal charm, making it an ideal getaway. Parking: Guests make park up to two cars in the driveway. Other details to note: Beach Access: The Inlet Beach Regional access is the best access the closest. From our home, its about a 2 to 3 minute Drive. The Inlet Beach Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98\. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. A half-mile walk to the east is Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Just offshore is one of South Walton's artificial reefs, a focal point for snorkeling and SCUBA with abundant fish, dolphins and sea turtles. Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please take the trash can out the night before pickup. After pickup has occurred, make sure the can is returned to its appropriate location. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms.
