The condo and property are everything a couple and/or small family need for a great beach trip to 30A. The location is great and within a short drive, bike ride, or walk to anything you could want. The place seemed pretty clean at first, but after staying for a few days, it became very clear the cleaning was only done at the surface level. The shower curtain has mold forming on it and hooks are rusted out. The pullout couch was gross and made us uncomfortable using.
