I don’t like that the property lets people setup beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs but not a huge concern! The only negative about the condo itself was the bunk room was pretty hot! The unit has oscillating fans and a box fan for the room but I don’t know if the AC duct work needs to be looked at and the ceiling fan likely needs replaced as the fan speed couldn’t be changed! HUGE balcony with multiple loungers, a 4 person patio table and another side table! More than enough room for our family of 6! Elevators were prompt and had a couple issues going down while we were there but not an overall issue! We would definitely stay at this condo again! Walking distance to Sharky’s and putt putt as well as Alvin’s Island! If you’ve never tried it I HIGHLY recommend Moe’s BBQ across the street! It’s a staple for our visits to PCB! Communication with the property manager was extremely prompt and helpful! Awesome all the way around! Master bath had mold around overflow and drain. Neither shower would drain very well and floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes at all times or feet would be black. But other than that great trip. We loved the condo and it felt like home. The patio was so nice and large for everyone to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Communication was great, so easy to just go to the room and relax, loved having the parking garage there and so easy to go straight to the room, the pool and the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the condo and so comfortable. We will be staying again hopefully soon!!! ##### Tod S. We had a few hiccups but the property manager was great and quick to fix the issue. The bunk warm does get very warm so keep that in mind. Our kids ended up sleeping in a different room.
