Spectacular Gulf views can be enjoyed from the covered balcony and the main bedroom, which offers access to the outdoor space. This bright and cheery getaway features coastal-themed decor and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from your door. Take advantage of shared resort amenities, which include a waterfront pool, fitness room, and tennis court. Water sports gear can be rented seasonally. Enjoy added perks such as a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, board games, high-speed WiFi, and cable. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 15 above the parking garage. Clean, quiet, and everything we needed. The only bump in the road was the check in process, Somehow the wristbands and parking passes weren’t in our room. Possibly thrown away by accident by housekeeping. But, we got it handled very quickly and they took good care of us. Every morning we could see dolphins from the balcony. The balcony furniture was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. It was very hard to leave! We are so thankful we chose this property for our vacation. Jul 15, 2023 #### Nice & Relaxing Plenty of room for small family to enjoy a week at the beach! The beds were super comfy, probably the best beds in 7 years of vacationing in different condos. Pros: Very friendly and helpful using vacasa text nunber, we had a broken toaster that they replaced immediately and offered to touch up cleaning when the guest bathroom had a few missed spots. Location was perfect to stores and food. The only Con I can think of would be the elevator, which isn't any fault to the owner, this had to be one of the slowest elevators we've ever had. The longest we had to wait for an elevator was about 20 minutes. Parking spots are not the easiest to maneuver a large sum or truck, though there seemed to be adequate parking for the condo. Dec 21, 2022 #### Just OK Booked this with high expectations... cleanliness of condo wasn't the best. If you walk around barefoot your feet are black in a matter of time. The decor in the condo was nice- but the paint touch ups done don't match throughout the condo and there is some updating to be done. Enough stay for two people but overall, I've spent much less for a week and those condos were much nicer. Things just need a facelift and some fixing. Lamps not working, bathrooms clean but not fantastically done. The furniture could use a good cleaning and some updates. The worst part was the fact that the beds were so bad- literally felt as though we slept on a piece of plywood covered by a sheet. And there is a musty smell in the condo- I'm not sure if that's just because it needs a deep cleaning or what. I've stayed at a ton of ocean side condos through the years and never had that smell before so maybe it's just the fact that some fresh paint and rugs would help? I will say the kitchen was great- plenty of supplies and space for two people. I'd say that I'd try elsewhere next time- I expected more since the unit cost well over $1700 for a week. The beds were a little hard for our liking but much better than most condos we have been in. The view was amazing. The only negatives were the wifi was not great and there was not much room in the kitchen to store items.
