The beach is just a 7-minute walk away or a short ride on the complimentary tram service, making it easy to enjoy all the beauty and fun the area has to offer. Step into the bright and airy living area, where large windows allow natural light to flood the space. The comfortable living area features cozy sofas, one of which converts into a queen-sized bed for added sleeping space. Enjoy movie nights with the large TV, or sip your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the ducks and turtles in the Edgewater lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven, has everything you need for preparing meals. Gather around the 6-seat dining table, or use the adjacent eat-in kitchen with 3 bar stools for a more casual meal. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is available.
