The dolphins were awesome. So many butterflies, birds, and I saw a shark. If you want a sweet spot, and nothing around you. This is the place to go. Instacart is kinda Iffy, you may get what you ordered, or you may get something different. I was able to share with Hugh, so all good.. Hope to be back next year! Hugh is a great host, by the way!! It is a quite relaxing pet friendly beach. Great for young children, or older folks. Outdoor shower is nice, hot tub super clean, new washer and dryer. The house is set in a patch of native forest, and that plus the tranquility of Alligator Point make this a magical place, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The house is very comfortable for 1-3 people and fully equipped. Just bring your own beach toys and chairs. The owners' love for the house and its setting really shows. Being able to find a small house on the beach was such an amazing opportunity and we had a great time. Especially with a young child and a dog it was so great to just be able to pop outside to the beach. The house is very cute! And the location is excellent. Even though alligator point is rural, you’re very close to the tiki bar and \~15 mins from Angelo’s which is a wonderful seafood restaurant. A couple of notes if bringing a baby: there is no bath, but we just used the kitchen sink, and the bedroom doesn’t close fully from the rest of the house so just bring a white noise machine (we used the ax in the bedroom) or plan to spend the evening out on the porch or in the hot tub :) Would fully recommend this place - we had such an amazing stay!! ##### Maya and Jeff Y. We have a young family, and even though it's only 1 bedroom, the couch and futon gave the kids plenty of space to sleep. The quiet, white sand, beautiful beach is right down the private walkway and was perfect. There are plenty of non-beach activities to do in the area if that peaks your interest too.
