It has a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with Direct TV and free WiFi. You are able to connect your personal entertainment accounts through an Apple TV. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge/freezer and a Kuerig with tea, hot cocoa and plenty of coffee. Relax in the large outdoor yard that is private from neighbors and a great space to enjoy the Alaskan summer. While we are respectful and work to be quiet, there is the potential for some noise from the upstairs. We ask for quiet times between 10 PM - 7 AM. Please contact us if your check in is after 10PM so we can accommodate your request. We also ask for no parties or continuous traffic in and out of the unit after 10PM. There is no smoking of any kind in the studio, which includes vaping or dope. We are located in a quiet close-knit family neighborhood that is directly off the main road to many Mat-Su Valley attractions. The location is very quiet and private, it felt like we were staying with family or friends. It’s the downstairs apartment of someone’s house but they have done an absolutely beautiful job with it. When we walked in there were fragrant lilacs blooming at the entrance. Our first impression was WOW! It was bigger than we expected!! The linens and towels were so soft and beautiful, the decor and furniture was fabulous. Our minication turned into the perfect romantic getaway. We felt very secure and appreciated our privacy in this studio as they send you a door code prior to your arrival. There was coffee and snacks left in the room. There were coffee huts and shopping nearby and only about 30-40 minutes from Anchorage.
