Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. Please remember that you\`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7\. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you\`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. \*Heating the pool is $85/day\* Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before\* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night Security: Our home has two security cameras. The cameras monitor the front entrance of the house and the driveway, DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience. Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
