Nestled in the hills of South Palm Springs, Dunham Estate is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, custom home in the exclusive Andreas Hills neighborhood. Located on half an acre at the end of cul-de-sac, it offers unobstructed mountain views and complete privacy. Walls of glass open to the grand outdoor covered patio, pool, spa and expansive desert garden. You'll hardly know you've stepped inside with the 5000 square foot open concept floorplan, walls of glass, vaulted ceilings, skylights, indoor  
Nestled in the hills of South Palm Springs, Dunham Estate is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, custom home in the exclusive Andreas Hills neighborhood. Located on half an acre at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers unobstructed mountain views and complete privacy. Walls of glass open to the grand outdoor covered patio, pool, spa and expansive desert garden. You'll hardly know you've stepped inside with the 5000 square foot open concept floorplan, walls of glass, vaulted ceilings, skylights, indoor planters and beautiful views. It's the perfect place for living the swanky lifestyle the desert is famous for.  
  
Outdoors, the spectacular yard is perfectly space planned, and has all the amenities you want on vacation. Enjoy all kinds of water play in the custom pool, or have a soak in the spa. Outdoor dining for 8, indoor/outdoor wet bar, and built in gas BBQ. The beautifully manicured yard, swaying palm trees and mountain views all add to the magic of this very special property.  
  
The 5,000 square foot floor plan allows everyone space to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings. The indoors features a stunning atrium with walls of glass, skylights and plants. Step down to the posh living room that has a grand piano, a showpiece fireplace and incredible views. The elevated formal dining room has seating for 8 and overlooks the atrium. The Media Room has comfortable seating, big screen TV and a wet bar. The gourmet kitchen has slab granite and high end appliances. The casual kitchen eating area has plenty of seats, along with extra seats at the kitchen counter.  
  
Each of the bedrooms is beautifully styled with hotel quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs and en suite bathrooms. The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, walls of glass and private access to the outdoors. The en suite bathroom has a show-stopping bathtub surrounded by Sago Palms, barrel cactus and tons of natural light. Oversized shower and dual sinks. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, sliding glass doors, and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds, en suite bath with shower, and looks out to the middle courtyard with a small dining table. The Casita has a Queen bed, en suite bath with shower and looks out to another courtyard.

Andreas Hills is one of the most scenic neighborhoods in Palm Springs. It sits against the San Jacinto Mountains in the Indian Canyons area of South Palm Springs. Extremely private, yet just minutes to all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive. Walking and hiking trails are located nearby, and you're close to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, art galleries and night clubs as well as neighborhood conveniences.
