It’s super modern, beautiful, and clean. The back yard is really its own paradise, with lots of spots for photo ops and places to sit or lay to enjoy time around the pool. We paid to have the pool heated and the temp was perfect. We noticed upon arrival that the hot tub didn’t really seem much warmer than the pool so we inquired about that and found out only one or the other can be heated at a time. But that worked out fine because we just kept the pool heated during the day and switched it over to the hot tub at night. We didn’t explore the garage until day 2 and wish we had sooner because it’s a super nice space with comfy couches and a pool table. This is also where the washer and dryer and items like the pool towels and sunscreen, etc are kept.There are 3 bedrooms and all 3 are super nice. Both bathrooms have showers that get really hot and excellent water pressure. The provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion all smell lovely. There’s also a hairdryer for guests to use.The kitchen had everything we could have wanted as far as utensils, plates, silverware, etc. There was only 1 k-cup for the Keurig in the drawer when we arrived, so we did DoorDash a small box of those, but there was plenty of sugar/splenda and creamer.We didn’t have many questions come up during our stay, but Naz was super friendly and responsive when needed! The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, also clean and has everything you might need. The outside oasis is so inviting and cozy, we spent every morning meditating and every evening enjoying sunset near the firepit. The views are breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave Naz was very informative and responsive to all the inquiries. A couple of notes for future guests: you will see and hear airplanes from the backyard and the back bedroom at times. Also, Palm Springs has very strict rules prohibiting outdoor music at vacation rentals, the host follows these closely, and it’s a city rule, not the property’s choice. The mid century modern decor is fabulous and the house suited our family of 5 really well. It is spacious and clean and has a great floor plan. Our teenagers loved the garage space with pool table and TV as well. The best part?? The back yard. AMAZING!! The pool is fantastic (pay the money for pool heat) and the outdoor grilling area perfect for meals outside. We had an issue with the hot water tank not working and Naz had a plumber there in less than 45 minutes and problem solved. Naz was always quick to respond to any questions. Fabulous host. It’s an expensive rental but worth the money. You get what you pay for here! Only sad part is that we had to leave! Hope we can visit again sometime in the future. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this is one of, if not, the best! Communication and check in/out was seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept yet close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the photos with fun Hollywood decor. We have 11 and 12 year old girls and they loved it—if we had a spirited toddler or rambunctious kiddos we might’ve worried about them knocking stuff over, etc. The inside is fantastic but the real star is the backyard. The saltwater pool/spa was phenomenal. We paid to have it heated and it was perfection. There are orange trees that produce delicious fruit and a great outdoor grill/kitchen. My husband and I will be dreaming about the fire pit area with incredible views of the mountains of PS. Miss it already! Would rent again in a heartbeat. ##### Kristen R. R. Having the hot tub was a bonus. We spent each morning having coffee on the couches in the yard and evenings in front of the fire pit. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were fantastic. The inside of the home was equally wonderful. Many family nights were spent playing pool and ping pong in the games room. Between all the outdoor and indoor spaces, we could easily come together as a family or have downtime in separate spaces. ##### Ian C. This house is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. Stocked kitchen, quiet rooms with comfortable beds, and a tv in each room, which is a nice touch. And OMG, the shower pressure is next level.But the true highlight of this home is the expansive backyard. There’s so much space to spread out, with multiple areas for sitting and dining. The pool is absolutely amazing and was perfectly warm for our January stay (we chose to have it heated). The location is ideal—safe, quiet, and just an 8-minute drive to the main strip.Naz is a responsive host, which made our stay even better. We can't wait to come back! ##### Jenny K.
