 Sierra Vista is a privately gated, 1.25 acre, 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom paradise in Rancho Mirage, California. Perfectly space planned with resort amenities inside and out - just ready for to relax and enjoy. The pool and integrated waterfall spa are surrounded by luxury lounge chairs, umbrellas and a fire feature. The outdoor living space has seating areas, dining, ceiling heaters, indoor/outdoor bar and a TV. The fun continues with a pickleball court, basketball half court, bocce ball court, putting green and kids playground. Over 5,000 square feet of main house and guest house living space. Sleeps 16, with comfortable bedrooms, spacious living areas, and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, this estate is the perfect combination of comfort, recreation, and entertainment.  
  
 Outdoors, the yard features spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains. Relax in the custom pool and spa. Get your heart racing on the pickleball court, shooting hoops or on the 6-hole putting green - while the kids have fun on the huge playground. Unwind by the fire pit, or in the spacious covered outdoor living area with fans, heaters, TV. 2 dining tables with seating for 8 and 4\. Gorgeous built in BBQ island with seating for 3\.   
  
 The 5 bedroom Main House has Interior walls of glass and clerestory windows for classic Palm Springs-style indoor outdoor living. The great room has comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and a showpiece fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, double ovens, double dishwashers, ample counter space, and an oversized island with seating for 5, and a dining table for 8\. The bar has with pass-through windows to the outdoors. Office/media room with couch seating, TV and a desk. The separate, 2 bedroom Guest House has a full kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace.  
  
 All 7 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer a peaceful escape with comfortable bedding, plenty of closet space, and 6 of the 7 rooms have en-suite bathrooms.   
  
 In the Main House, the Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a massive soaking tub and shower. Suites 2, 3, and 4 all have King beds, flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. Suite 5 has 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 Twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom.   
  
 The Guest House has its own Primary Suite with a King bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin beds, and easy access to the full bathroom that also has exterior doors to the pool.   
  
 Sleeping Summary: 5 Kings, 6 Twins (2 sets of Bunk Beds). Sleeps 16\. Parking for 7+ cars.  
  
 Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. 2 fully equipped laundry rooms.   
  
 Located in the heart of Rancho Mirage with El Paseo just a few miles away. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
