This property is the best located property in Palm Desert. It is a totally renovated, beautifully decorated gem! You can easily walk to almost anyplace that you might want to visit in Palm Desert. It has a private pool, tenant is responsible for expenses heating the pool (in addition to the private pool there is also a unheated community pool), that is nothing short of incredible - all done in blue mosaic tiles that makes you want to immerse yourself in it. It offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with a built-in BBQ, outdoor tables, chairs and lounges which connect to the beautiful, well-appointed interior.

We really like this place. It’s the second time we’ve rented here and consider it a little oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable, the backyard is a wonderful, relaxing place to spend time. Conveniently located close to El Paseo.

Loved the location, close to everything. Yard was charming and I spend a whole day reading by the pool listening to the birds and watching the hummingbirds. It is located on a fairly busy street, but was really quiet in the house and the yard.

Amazing location!

Wonderful location. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in El Paseo as well and central driving distance to the rest of the Valley. The pool was nice and clean and they had someone clean it while we were there. Only weird thing was it was cluttered with personal items. Not a big deal though just unexpected.

Loved the house. Close to downtown. Very clean. Thought we could use the pool, but we would have to heat it at our expense, so we didn't swim. Outdoor lighting at night was beautiful!!

Can I give more than 5 stars?

This is a 10-star property because it exceeded our expectations in every way. What a cozy, comfortable place to stay. The 4 of us had plenty of space and the living and backyard areas were just great. The rental had everything you need to stay as long as you like. We will be back.

Perfect stay

The property was more than we expected, even from the photos and the glowing reviews. It's comfortable and it was well-equipped; it felt like absolutely everything had been thought of and provided. It's also very stylish from an architectural and interior design point of view. It's in a very quiet location; sometimes all we could hear were the hummingbirds squabbling over food. But it's just a few minutes walk from many restaurants. The pool was lovely to look at and quite deep in the middle, so in the very high temperatures during our stay it was lovely to be able to cool off. We did need to have the water heated for part of our stay, to suit medical needs, but it would be fine for most people without. The cost of the pool heating was reasonable and Rudy was very responsive to our needs despite our (international) phone number not working. We very much hope that we can return one day. In fact we'd love to live here :)

Great location!

This was our 2nd time here and really love the close proximity to shops & restaurants on El Paseo. The master bath shower has been redone and makes a big difference! Comfortable bed and a great pool for a relaxing get away.
