Sunny Days rentals were very responsive, any time of day and weekends we were able to text them and get answers quickly. We had a minor issue in that the pool wasn't heated on day 1 like we asked, but they comped us a day and everything turned out fine. I left my airpods in the house, they found them and are shipping them back. Per previous review the pictures do make the house look amazing (don't they all?) Only issue with the house is the sofa in front of the tv isn't really comfortable and a great place for family to all sit together and watch tv but that's the only thing I can think of. ##### James M. I had to initiate the check-in process, in spite of being told PS requires property managers to call at check-in and needing to make an appointment to receive their call. The kitchen is very basically furnished with a four-piece place setting, which is the overall approach. Lots of dish washing is needed. The carving knives are almost as sharp as butter knives. The biggest issue was that the hot tub jets were broken. Sunny Days said they were sending someone to fix during multiple communications (app, text, phone), but no one showed. When I asked Sunny Days for 300 back (60 a day) on the last day, they offered 130 and required an agreement that required no negative public reviews. I felt if was important for future renters to know what to expect if they rent here or with Sunny Days. They can keep the 130\. ##### Ed C. Séjour de 5 nuits en novembre 2025
