"Communication before the stay was excellent. Gite is better than the pictures. Plenty of storage space throughout. The two dogs are friendly but not a nuisance.The reviews are accurate. "Arrived to be greeted by Marie who showed us around the property, very friendly. Showed how to operate the pull cover and to contact her if any problems. The owner Henri lives in another house to the rear of the barn rental. Lovely man who would clean the pool early in the morning and check with us all ok. Would definitely stay here again, short run into Ruffec for supplies at either of the two supermarkets. Thanks for a great holiday😊"
