The additional instructions were also helpful.We stayed in the designer cottage with king bed which was spacious, and well decorated. There was a full kitchen, 1/2 bath with toilet and 1/2 bath with shower. There’s also a thermostat controlled gas fireplace which creates lovely ambiance when the temperatures dip. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy to coordinate once I was able to reach the owners. I recommend texting/messaging and calling as cell phone coverage is poor in the area. My only recommendation is that I think it would be helpful to have some cleaning supplies available in the room for tidying up. Overall, a lovely B&B experience we would return to if in Pagosa Springs again.
