"Can’t get a spot at the pool. Fridges are full of booze and if you move them for water or food you are charged. We had to turn out bathtub to an ice bath to keep our drinks cold. Not worth the $."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. We also loved riding the gondola inside the hotel, and the restaurants were excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the sofa bed had dirty sheets when our children were getting ready to sleep. When I called housekeeping, they simply offered to bring clean sheets without apologizing, so I had to remake the bed myself. Another surprise was the daily resort...

"We stayed at Fountainblue because it was recommended as a new hotel. We had great interactions with Chez Bon Bon Staff and the other coffee shop on the second floor. The gym is a great size, although one rude staff irritated my morning. Cleaning ladies were respectful. The overall vibes of the hotel though caters to affluent status in life. It wasn’t for my family and will not recommend to the general public. The resort is beyond expensive."
