"An incredible hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was perfect and spotless. Breakfast was delicious, except I paid for it (extra) and there were people who ate and didn’t pay. There was no checking system which didn’t seem fair. But that’s all very minor. Great location, near the main tram lines. Perfect stay!"
