"From the moment we checked in the lady working the front desk was very rude. He body language gave attitude right from the jump. Check in was at 3 we got there at 3:57pm and our rooms were not ready. We booked 2 rooms and the rooms were literally on 2 different sides of the hotel. The pillows not comfortable at all. Bed stiff no comfort. Tv, desk & dressers - dusty Fridge- dirty something spilled & it was never cleaned. It was not even cold. Iron burnt Dresser drawers dirty crumbs as if they have never been wiped out. Morning staff way better then evening staff. Will never stay at this hotel again. "

"The service was outstanding from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a hello, welcome & a smile . The rooms were 10/10. I felt very safe. I will be back for sure. Thank you . "

"The staff was ok greeting us. The property is nice and clean. The pool had a bit too much film on the surface it for my liking, but otherwise was ok. There were pool noodles in it for my daughter so that was nice. The room was big and comfortable. There is a “Starbucks” place, but no one seemed to man it so we didn’t even try. The area seems ok, just outside the freeway with easy way to get back on. Plenty of food places near by."

"Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent. "

"Elevator was not working. Pool was closed. Food was terrible. Fire alarm was pulled out of the wall. Entire hotel was dirty and not worth the money. "

"The cleaning staff tried to come into our room 3 or 4 times while we were sleeping. It was prior to Check out. It startled us and woke us up each time and then it was very hard to go back to sleep. When I told the desk employee at check out about it, she don’t even apologize. We lost valuable sleep because of this and it made the days festivities less enjoyable. We used to stay here always but will now reconsider. Also there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door or we would have done that. "
