### Apartment in Ostend with Stunning Sea View

This cozy, well-appointed 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building next to the Albert I Promenade and offers a beautiful sea view. With modern amenities such as WiFi, digital TV and a dishwasher, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment offers an open view of the sea and the breakwater and is a short walk from the city center, shopping streets, Casino Kursaal, restaurants and the Visserskaai. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with coffee table, side table and digital TV with DVD player. The open kitchen with sea view is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto, traditional coffee maker and induction hob. For coffee lovers, there is also a cafetière. The bedroom has a double bed with duvet for 2 people. There is also a sleeping area with a bunk bed for 2 people. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and single sink, and for extra convenience there is a separate toilet. Small pets are welcome. The building is non-smoking and has an elevator for easy access to the seventh floor.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
