« We loved the hotel location outside of the village, yet very easily accessible by free shuttle bus. The ski in ski out formula with ski rentals on the spot, and possibility to access other ski resorts. Quite small rooms with tiny prefab bathrooms, but super clean. Beds extemely comfortable. Very lovely, helpful staff, great breakfast and night buffets, and a lot of snow ! »

« Really nice hotel, welcoming staff, wonderful view on the lake, nice meals (breakfast is set between 7 and 8.30 and dinner between 6 and 7) and pleasant onsen within the hotel. Important ! The rooms are Japanese-style so you sleep on a futon, not in a bed. The best way to move around the hotel is by car though, as buses are very infrequent. »

« 2025/10 旅館外面有工作人員協助，大廳很大旁邊就是湖景，不能從大廳直接走到湖邊，必須從大門出去繞到湖邊。房間日式榻榻米和臨窗的桌椅，不習慣坐榻榻米桌邊者可坐到窗邊。去大浴場最好從房間帶去毛巾和大浴巾，目前很多旅館都是如此要求，有戶外浴池泡起來比較舒服，隔日男湯和女湯交換，浴池有些不同。早餐偏日式餐點，可以自煮烏龍麵，麵包會先烤熱方便取用。晚餐可動手成吉思汗烤肉有鹿肉和羊肉，有腥羶味。或動手做炊飯，鰻好吃的。晚上8:45開始放煙火，坐在房間也可看到，但大部分人喜歡到湖邊，比較有餐與感。 »
