Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been recently renovated (December 2015), with all new flooring, carpeting, furniture, lights and amenities. Over 25k was spent on the furniture and renovations. The living room features a 50” 2160p HDTV with a DVD player, new glass dining and end tables, accent chairs, and pullout queen sized sofa bed. The master bedroom has all new furniture, including a new KING sized pillow top SERTA mattress, and a 32" HDTV 1080p LCD TV with a DVD Player. The linens are also new with a 600 thread count with brand new firm pillows! The second bedroom sleeps two, with twin sized beds and 32 HDTV 1080p LCD TV with a DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances such as coffee machine, blender,toaster, stove and new plates and utensils. Not clean, it was surface clean. But when following directions and not wearing shoes, your feet become dirty. The floors are sticky. The carpets are dirty. The hosts are responsive when needing to fix something like a shower head spraying all over the place. Which is good.
