This is a well run and nicely maintained property! I highly recommend doing a spa treatment, as the amenities are wonderful and you get access for the full day. Pool and pool bar service was also top notch! Will stay again!

I liked this hotel and the food was very good. That being said, I booked a club-level room and the club level was VERY disappointing. Alcohol was not included, which was something I did not realize; you had to pay for drinks. The food was good, but I was just underwhelmed by the club level for the price. If you need to be at the convention center, it's in an excellent location, but I wouldn't recommend the club level.

The hotel is wonderful, food is very good. What disappointed me was the dirty carpet in the room. It smelled like dirty feet or sour beer, to the point I had a hard time sleeping. I have stayed at this resort 3 times prior and did not have this issue, however I might rethink another stay there. Other than that the resort is beautiful and kept.

I have stayed in more hotel rooms than I can even count and I rate the fine folks at the Hyatt at the top of my list! From the check in to the check out, I could not have been treated better! I definitely recommend them and will stay there again if I am in the Orlando area again!
