"The property was in great shape. The only issue I had was with the microwave. When it finished I couldn't get the door open. But the security guard was very helpful. The only way to get the door open was to unplug it. But again other than that it was a great stay and I would stay there again. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was average for the price I paid and the location. There are a lot of thing they can improve on the property, starting by updating a little bit the rooms, bathroom, doors, towel bars were ful of oxide, the rooms was also ful of small mosquitos. The bed sheets had some minor stains from previous guest. The staff was friendly with a smooth check in and check out. And the included breakfast was not bad but not good either. Overall it’s a solid option for a short cheap stay close to Tampa. "

"The lobby attendant - Anna- was very rude and unaccommodating. She should be fired for the way she treats people who are arriving to your hotel. "

"I will never stay at this hotel again. Other than the front desk staff and housekeeper I can’t recommend anything. We arrived at 4:15pm and our room wasn’t ready. Our phone didn’t work and we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves. Our tv didn’t work and it took the front desk staff 20 minutes to get that working. The furniture was old, ripped and worn. There were stains in the walls. It’s an extended stay with a stove but no silverware, plates, pans. Not even a coffee maker. Our lights weren’t working so all we had was the bathroom light. The hotel smells terrible - like a mixture of dirt and mold. Such a disappointment. Have stayed at this brand before but never again!! Definitely do not recommend!!"
