"I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was average for the price I paid and the location. There are a lot of thing they can improve on the property, starting by updating a little bit the rooms, bathroom, doors, towel bars were ful of oxide, the rooms was also ful of small mosquitos. The bed sheets had some minor stains from previous guest. The staff was friendly with a smooth check in and check out. And the included breakfast was not bad but not good either. Overall it’s a solid option for a short cheap stay close to Tampa. "

"This hotel is very convenient for travelers to Busch Gardens theme park or to the University of South Florida. It’s been updated and was overall clean and well maintained. This is in a fairly busy area with lots of tourist traveling to the nearby theme park. One thing to note is my room on the third floor had the exterior building bright lights shining all night long and it was impossible to have a dark room to sleep due to the light shining around the windows ( see photo taken at midnite). . "

"First interaction with staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Lobby bench could really use a cleaning. I was afraid to sit on it. Room seemed good when we first arrived but then the air conditioning kicked on. It sounded like a jet engine. Talked to staff but they were totally supposedly booked so we could not be moved. Attempted to sleep but impossible. Finally turned it off but shortly after the refridgerator kicked on and it was loud enough to keep you awake. Room got uncomfortable with no air running. Ended up giving up and left at 4 am."
