"Clean and nice staff"

"The room was small, but clean and provided everything we needed. It was great to have a huge TV. We will definitively stay again."

"Generally clean but very dated. We had two rooms in entirely different condition. One had new windows, the other’s windows were old and wouldn’t open. One of our rooms appeared to have been somewhat updated, although it still had issues with poor quality of carpet installation. The other was in poor condition and much out of date. Doors that wouldn’t open, very musty smell, NO hot water. Beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable and sagging. Neither of the rooms looked at all like the photos in the listing. Walls so thin I could hear normal conversations in the rooms on both sides of us. Our reservations were made many months ago, and we arrived by 6pm, so if there was another room in good shape it should’ve been ours. Leave the lowest quality for late night stragglers without reservations, of which there were several. The ice machine was turned off because “it’s cold outside”, but travelers still need ice. "

"Not what I would have hoped for. The front desk seemed really put out if you ask for anything. I asked for extra coffee cups and was questioned as to why. We put our sign out to get the room cleaned and it wasn’t done all morning. However, once it was done it was done very well. The window in the room was cracked. The mattress on the bed moved every time we tried to lay or sit down. Breakfast is just adequate. No hot water for my tea. The button for hot water on the coffee maker didn’t work. I would not stay here again."

"The staff was very helpful when I checked in the rooms were clean. They said the pool was open till 11 but when we went to go to the pool, it said it was closed."

"Hot tub is out side but under covered roof. The pool is open 24 hours. Plenty of shopping near buy. The included breakfast is very good."
