Large indoor garage and additional parking in driveway. No parking allowed on roads during winter. Well thought out spacings to spend time in large groups / families and retreat to quiet areas. Lots of little comfort and practical details throughout the house that prove that we, as owners, also enjoy the house and are always thinking of ways to improve the experience. COUNTY RULES Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to our home's Short Term Rental Permit. Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Perfect for large groups, wonderful atmosphere, and even better communication with the hosts and property manager. We had everything we needed, and the location is ideal for getting to the mountain fast and easily! We look forward to going back again and couldn’t recommend the property more highly. The home was clean and perfect setup for a large group with everything we needed. The shuttle service to/from the mountain was also very good, timely and friendly. It was super clean and all the beds, linens and pillows were top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is plenty of room for multiple families with kids and or teenagers. Incredible location, well positioned for a ski trip. Wonderful and well fitted kitchen, comfortable bedding and easy shuttle service to the slopes. The setting was perfect - spacious bedrooms for each family, a cozy living area, and a location close to the ski slopes. We had a beautiful white Christmas as we watched the snow fall from the huge picture windows throughout the house. In addition, the caretaker, Miles, helped make our stay worry-free as he was always available to answer questions and bring us any items we might need. He even picked out a Christmas tree for us to decorate. The owners, Debbie and Mike, were also very helpful and accommodating. ##### Hank A. Communication with the property owner and property manager was excellent, and the manager responded quickly to any needs that arose. It was very relaxing and would be an overall five stars except for the cleanliness. The upstairs master shower smelled like pee and had black mold. My kids feet were black from walking barefoot in the house. Those were my only complaint. Plenty of space. Beautiful house equipped with all the basic needs and more! Location was great and the mountaineer service is awesome! So easy to get around! Mike was always responsive and helpful if I had questions! Explanation was 100% accurate of the house and I would 100% recommend staying here! The app wasn't working so good, maybe the Microsoft system being down. The house was fully stocked with usable items like paper towels, trash bags, and pots, pans, and things like that. During checkout it my family and I were confused with the instructions, although they really easy and not difficult to do, the confusion came from along he posted signs saying the process was different. The house was very spacious, a lot of room for everyone online about. Says it's good for 12 but so much extra space we could have really had 18 people stay. It’s our annual family trip and we had ourselves, three sons, their wives and one 18 month old. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of spices and staples needed. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware etc. The sheets and towels were high end. The hosts were readily available when we had a question and responded immediately. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had, and the caretaker who lives on site frequently checked in with us to see if there’s anything we needed.
