"They are doing everything on the cheap. They don’t have enough towels and no one seems to be in a hurry to fix the problem. On Saturday we put out towels outside the room, which is what they asked us to do. Apparently they don’t come in the room anymore and no one ever brought us towels. We had to wait till after lunch on Sunday to get a towel to take a shower. Ridiculous!I can’t believe a Hilton property would not have enough towels for the guest. Everything that you asked seem to be very laborious for them to do. I’ve stayed there in the past to visit family, but won’t do it again we’ll find somewhere else. "
