No hangers, no facial tissue, dingy towels, drawers missing handles, spillage dripping down drawers, caked ice in refrigerator, filthy sofa, horrible parking lot/cracked and uneven entrance, curtains missing hooks, door had to be slammed to go in and out. Actual room was not as pictured in the ad/online showing of the room. The pavement/parking lot was horrible. No bathtub stopper, drain was rusted and I can go on and on. This is the second time I received this request to rate.

Unfortunately, our stay here was a disaster. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor and was visibly dirty. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe and sketchy. The location was also a major letdown. We felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately, but it was late, so we reluctantly stayed the night. We made sure to wake up early and check out as soon as possible. Would not recommend.

Overall the room was ok other than people walking up and down the stairs stomping all day and every night. The Internet service was awful, very poor connection, and never would connect
