« Hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good and hot 24 hour coffee. They only complaint I had is housekeeping we stayed there nine nights in a row and not once had our room cleaned our sheets changed but other than that it was great. »

« We had issues with the shower handle not working properly. Maintenence came and fixed the issue but it was only temporary; by the end of our stay the problem started again.
There was dried blood on the bed sheets but otherwise the room was comfortable. The kids love the separate area with twin beds.
Each of my three children was given a $20 arcade game card upon check in by the front desk staff, but only two were loaded; the third card had a $0 balance when they started playing.

« The Walden Trademark Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Onessa. She greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm each time we saw her. She made us feel like family.
