« Overall we had a great time at this place. It was clean and super cool. Views from the hot tub/bar were sweet. Property itself as a whole looked well kept. We had the whole place to ourselves basically so that was great as well. Outdoor shower was awesome. On a windy day make sure and shut the door fully as it seems to make a wind tunnel and water will blow out at times. This only happened once but just an FYI. If i was going to be picky i would say they might need a new fridge at some point as...

« Simply amazing experience for my kids. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness ONLY because it’s camping it’s expected to get pine tree pollen in the morning and the occasional fly that flys in the cabin especially with a 6 & 3yr old opening and closing the door. Location is out there in a very quiet neighborhood the small town of Hot Springs are resurfacing the roads so there is a little congestion from having to share 1 lane but that didn’t turn us away!! Lots of birds, wild turkey and in the valley...

« This was such a great property. We spent the days exploring the black hills and the evenings relaxing at our tent. In the mornings deer were roaming and turkeys were gobbling. The nights were cool but the heater in the tent kept it at just the right temperature inside. If you are looking for a secluded get away this is your place. »

« The apartment was great - clean and comfortable. Through no fault of the owner, it is a bit of a challenge to get to and find parking due to road construction. Access will improve when the construction is done. Also be aware that there are some steep stairs to access the apartment. »

« Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day. »

« We rented this home as overflow while we were visiting family nearby. Nice home. Very clean and comfortable. Six of us stayed there and it would have felt crowded with any more people, but was perfect for our group. Very close to the Mammoth site and a nice park down the street with playgrounds, etc. »

« The apartment was a nicely renovated space with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the memory foam king size bed. The kitchen had all equipment that was needed to make meals. This place is spacious and decorated very tastefully. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and if it wasn’t for all the road construction (this is a sore subject for the locals), a very cute town with a unique history. »

The cabin was gorgeous. Every little detail was considered for our stay. It was chilly when we arrived, bit it warmed up quickly and we all snuggled in perfectly.
