"Pleasant receptionist who mentioned they renovated all the rooms but left out that the bathroom was not renovated or cleaned. Missing hairdryer, torn out tissue holder. Nasty brown liquid on light switches, sticky bathroom floor, stained towels, smelly sheets. Gross. Minimal breakfast food."

"Beautiful rooms, great location in Hot Springs South Dakota! The staff was wonderful and the cafe attached to the hotel was very nice. Coffee and Tea Bar was especially welcoming. Hot Springs is a great place to walk around and explore."
