The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great every night. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and stocked. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway.

I really enjoyed the warm swimming pool at night. The check-in staff was excellent and very accommodating. My only issue with the property was if you got any type of stain or mark on the towels or sheets they were going to find you for it.

The location is convenient, very good place to stay if you’re just looking to sleep and secure your belongings. Excellent air conditioning, room was clean everyday, nice people, just need some more tables and chairs. Bartenders/ chefs were friendly and courteous. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Good prices if you booked early. Love the suite.

Washroom was filthy, room was smelly, and not swept, floor was dirty. The outside environment was spot on. Clean well kept manicured lawns and grounds. If only our room was as well kept.

The room was clean but did not like the smell of the room, maybe they should use a better smelling cleaning agent. i also had to pay a $100USD deposit for the room that was not outlined in the booking. bedsheets seemed to be very old and i was charged for leaving make-up stains on the pillow, which i am sure would be easily washed out when washing the bed sheets.

The hotel is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance outside & inside. The ants in the room are a problem. Lizards get in the room under the space in the front door/ porch door. The water pressure is non existent. The mattress was disgusting!!! The food at the pool bar was GREAT!!! The pool itself is not properly maintained.

This was my 2nd time staying at the hotel , really enjoyed it the staff were really nice and the environment was very relaxing. Would definitely come again for a 3rd time . Price is also reasonable.

Mystic ridge was amazing. Im so thankful for all the great staff. Everyone was friendly. Special thanks to Philip at the front desk he was very helpful and took good care of us. Also thak you to Tino at the pool bar. He recommended restaurants nearby and made great drinks for us. Our room was clean everyday and had everything we needed. Thank you Mystic Ridge!

Lovely hotel, the grounds is well kept, pool area is fantastic and service was excellent. The only thing for 2 adult I would prefer a king size bed but overall my stay was great. The receptions in the night and morning was excellent great customer service. Hi Phill good job!!

One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel
