Welcome to an amazing Beach Vacation! Ocean Terrace 209 is an absolutely stunning 1 Bedroom/1 Bath home Ocean Block on 69th Street. Just a short stroll to dining, entertainment, and amusements, you can’t beat the location! Even better, you can avoid the traffic with this home offering checkin and checkout any day of the week with a 3 night minimum.  
  
As you enter the home, you will be swept away by the newly renovated, open floor plan. The Living Area, Kitchen, and Dining area were thoughtfully planned, ensuring no one in your family will ever be left out of a moment of family fun! The gorgeous modern floors run throughout this home. The neutral tones of the home will have you feeling relaxed and in the Vacation vibe from the moment you walk in! The Living Area has a cozy sofa that is also a sleeper, perfect for relaxing in the AC after a long day of fun at the Beach with Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen is a chef’s delight with stunning Butcher Block Countertops, Updated Appliances, and all of the luxuries of home. Mealtime will feel nothing like a chore in this amazing space! The Breakfast bar offers seating, perfect to grab a quick meal. Don’t feel like cooking while on vacation? No Problem! Many of the locals' favorites are just a couple blocks away.  
  
As you make your way back to the Bedroom, you will pass the Full Bath, convenient to both the Bedroom and the Living Area. The Full Bath has been thoughtfully renovated with a Shower/Tub Combo. You will also find a convenient stackable Washer and Dryer, just in case you need to pop in a quick load while calling Ocean Terrace 209 home. Across the hall, you will find the Bedroom with a cozy Queen Bed and tons of natural light. This is one room you’ll never want to leave!
