Offering ample space for a large family, an expansive balcony with partial ocean views, and easy access to the beach down the street, this five-bedroom condo in midtown Ocean City is one you'll return to year after year. Here on the ocean block, you'll be a matter of steps from the beach - with a light-filled living space, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to welcome you home in the afternoons. The elegant great room combines a generous sitting area with three sofas and a flatscreen TV with cable, an open dining space, and a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an island breakfast bar that perfectly seats five. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a flatscreen TV in each of the five bedrooms. In this lovely spot on the ocean block, you'll find the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway - which is lined with restaurants, shops, and attractions for all ages - in the other. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is just two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is four miles south. Things to Know High-speed internet and free WiFi. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. We were a very short walk to the beach so could go several times each day and easily bring beach chairs etc. The beach was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet. The condo was very clean and was well equipped with pots, pans, etc. we were close to all the Ocean City restaurants. It was perfect for our family vacation. ##### Albert F.
