Jul 9, 2023 #### Ocean Terrace 105 We stayed here for 8 days, 7 nights and everything during the stay went well. The communication (emails) prior to our arrival were very informative and the check-in process was easy and went well. The unit is well located and a short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. As stated in the listing the unit appears to be recently renovated and it was clean and comfortable inside. Herb (with property management ) communicated to ensure everything was going well and he was incredible throughout the whole process. I would also note that this area of the beach does have lifeguards and beach umbrella rentals. In summary a great trip and will definitely rent again! ##### James S. The pull cord on the verticals is broken and hanging down. The stove needs to be replaced. There is a coil hanging from the top that made us afraid to use it. All the silverware and pans were filthy and had to be run through the dishwasher the day we got there. There was sand on the kitchen counter. Counter is gritty and stained. The floors behind the bed needs to be cleaned. When the new furniture was installed they should have cleaned behind everything first. Nasty. Jun 12, 2023 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Dirty unit Decent location and reasonable size for 2 people but this place was dirty and never cleaned after the last occupants or since last year. Unacceptable since I was charged a cleaning fee. Also had to wait an extra 30 minutes to an hour to get in because there was no key in the lockbox and management had to get a locksmith to come and change the lock. Not ideal after driving 3 hours to get there. Had to clean toliet just to use it along with the bathroom sink. Used towels on back of door and used bed linens left on bed. Next time I will NOT rent a unit w/o reviews. Also the price this unit is charging for a 7 day rental and not cleaning it is absurd ##### Kelley T.
