RESORT AMENITIES \-Pool \-Beach access THINGS TO KNOW Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We stayed here for three nights when attending the Country Calling Music Festival and we would definitely stay here again aside from a Uber being super expensive from the venue. However, it was a bit dirty upon arrival and these vacation home companies that run these listings like Vacasa and others are very rigid and their rules. Jul 25, 2023 #### Great Property First time vacationing in Ocean City and this property and location was great. Perfect for one couple and a child or two. Takes literally 3 minutes to go from room to beach and awesome views. Had everything we needed to live comfortably for our trip. Plenty of shopping for any needs directly a Ross the main road. Far enough away from the Boardwalk, and madness, but a quick drive. The pool on location is better than the others in area, heated and clean. Easy check in/out. We loved our stay and wanted to extend a day, but it was booked already. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Andrew D.
